How do I pay for my order?
We accept cash, credit, cheque and etransfer for payment. We require either:
1/ A 50% deposit two weeks prior to event and remainder due on delivery
2/ Full payment 1 week prior to event.
Payment all depends on the customers discretion.
Can I change a catering order?
Yes, we can adjust all details with your order prior to final invoicing.
We require 1 week notice for any changes that are needed for your order.
(including menu ordered, customer information, date/location of delivery)
There are 2 adjustments to quote/invoice included with services.
For more adjustments, there will be an Admin Fee ($25.00) added to final invoice.
We require 1 week notice for final expected attendance numbers for your event.
What is required for order cancellations?
We can accept cancellations of services depending on amount of notice given.
75% refund for cancellation 1 week prior.
Refund will be returned within 5 business days of notice.
50% refund for cancellation within 24 hours of event.
Refund will be returned within 30 days from cancellation notice.
Same day cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be given.
In the event of a cancellation by the caterer?
There is the possibility of us needing to cancel catering bookings. In the unlikely event of cancellation we can offer two possible options:
We can reschedule the event for another date within a week of original event date. If that is not an option, we can make arrangements for a refund.
50% refund for cancellation given by the caterer within 24 hours of event issued within one week (5 business days).
75% refund for cancellation given by caterer within 48 hours of event issued within 1 month (30 days).
What is the charge for delivery?
We charge depending on the location that the delivery is being made to and time of delivery (quadrant of city, distance from kitchen, delivery in 'rush hour'). We charge between $20 to $30 depending on order.
For orders over 80 km in distance to and from event location, a delivery charge of $0.55/km will be added to your quote/invoice.

What is your delivery policy?
All delivery windows are met as best as possible.
Our kitchen is located in NE Calgary, and delivery time depends on distance traveled during normal conditions.
Obviously with deliveries there is traffic, time of delivery, and weather concerns that play as factors with timing.
These conditions are not in our control and we will make every effort to contact the client if timing will be affected.
We will not be held responsible for late deliveries due to these factors.
Do you offer menu tastings?
Arrangements can be made for a nominal fee although references for any type of event can be provided.
What is your minimum price per person?/What is the minimum number of people for an event?
Our minimum price per person is $15.00 and our minimum event size for catering services is 15 people.
We are willing to negotiate within reason on a case by case basis.
What is included in catering services?
All disposables and condiments associated with your order are included for your event for a nominal fee.
We try to be kind to the environment and are no longer using styrofoam and are looking to be 100% plastic free. We are only using biodegradable disposables and are phasing out using plastic cutlery in the near future.
What are rentals?
Rentals are anything that could be needed for your event that are not standard in our catering packages.
We will make all necessary rental arrangements for you, including consultation, ordering and organizing.
Rentals include china, glassware, cutlery, and linens. Cost for rentals will be added to your bill, if rentals are requested.
Do you offer a non-profit discount?
